Our trip with Selva Connections was the absolute highlight of our travels around Central America...Our experience was amazing right from the start - Mitch and Paola were very responsive and professional, and answered all of our questions before we booked...Our guide for the trip, Maikel, was brilliant! He was fun, patient and kind, and had an abundance of knowledge about everything to do with Corcovado. He was very passionate about his work, and was very respectful of the park and wildlife...We had such an incredible two day trip that we ended up booking a night tour too, where we saw even more wildlife! If you're thinking about a trip to the Corcovado National Park, I would 100% recommend to book with Selva Connections - you won't regret it at all!
Selva Connections is absolutely AMAZING and we recommend them to anyone coming to Osa. From our very first interactions with Mitch and Paola to our 5 day tour (Corcovado + Carate) with Maikel, it was such a wonderful experience! Mitch and Paola have a special way of understanding what their clients will enjoy and be interested in, and help tailor the experience to that. We did 2 nights at Sirena Station in Corcovado and 2 nights in Carate. It was all magical, and Maikel was the best tour guide we could have imagined. His knowledge and passion about wildlife and the overall environment is so impressive and interesting. ...and developed such a deep appreciation for the Osa. We shared lots of laughs, got some amazing workouts in by hiking, cooled off in gorgeous creeks and rivers, saw tons of animals, and had the adventure of a lifetime. Cannot wait to come back and share another experience with Selva, Mitch, Paola, and Maikel again! Thank you all so much ♥️
We just returned from our trip to Costa Rica with 3 different tours with Selva Connections and all I can say is WOW, we had the most amazing time! Our guides were all amazing. On our 3 day trip to Carate our guide Henry was incredible, without his expert eye we would not have even seen half of the wildlife. Our itinerary was great with rest/relaxation days in between for a great balance. On our boat tour we were able to see Humpback Whales. Our translator for our Culinary tour was both personable and funny which made the excursion even more fun. We will definitely be back to explore even more with Selva Connections! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a memorable trip!
